When you have large piece of text (content from a text document), and you want to search for
keywords that are in proximity (n-words) of each other.
You can do this in MS Word but it requires you use regular expression which isn't friendly and too cryptic to regular folks like me.
You can do it on Google but I think only on search results (not your own document).
A user-case would be where you're a lawyer of some law-firm and you have page and pages of text and you want to look up let's say "drunk driving" but not exact text but where drunk is within (for example) 6 words of driving.
